Is there a per-email or per-user fee?
No per-email fee. A plan covers a set of domains, mailboxes and storage. Extra mailboxes and domains are listed as add-ons.
Can I use my own mail app?
Yes. Gmail app, Apple Mail, Outlook and Thunderbird work over IMAP and SMTP. Webmail is included.
What does annual billing change?
Annual terms are billed for fewer months than twelve, set in the plan table above. Monthly stays flexible.
Do you offer discounts?

How long until I can send mail?
You can add domains and receive mail straight away. Sending opens once we approve the new account, usually the same day.
Can I bring my old mail?
Yes. Import from Zoho, Gmail or any IMAP host, folder by folder, and run it again later to copy only what is new.
